Conditions of Use
No contract will exist between you and www.noelreid.ie for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until www.noelreid.ie confirms that it has accepted and dispatched your order. That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time www.noelreid.ie sends the email to you (once it has left the information system of the company), whether or not you receive the email. We may not accept your order for one of the following reasons:

Pricing Policy
All products on our website are displayed in € Euro. For sale of these goods to countries outside of the EU, local import taxes may be payable by the customer for which www.noelreid.ie accepts no liability. Other items on our site may be liable for VAT and in these circumstances the price will include VAT.
We are entitled to make adjustments to our prices to take account of any increase in our supplier’s prices, the imposition of any taxes or duties, due to an error or omission or the price for the product on the website is wrong.
Discount Vouchers
Discount vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions. Only one discount voucher can be used per transaction. Vouchers are valid for one transaction per person.
Product Availability
All of the products featured on our website have been carefully selected. If an item sells out we will take it off the website at the earliest opportunity and it may not be made available again. If items that you order should be out of stock, or delayed for any reason, we will try to contact you at the e-mail address you provided when placing your order. If we cannot contact you, or receive no response to our e-mail, we will continue to process the remaining items on your order. All items are subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy
Items featured on the site are held in stock, and every effort will be made to complete an order to customer requirement. No liability is accepted where www.noelreid.ie is unable to complete an order. The customer’s statutory rights are unaffected. These terms and conditions, and all matters connected with any order you place on our website, are governed by Irish law and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts in relation to all matters connected with, or arising out of, the Website or any order you place on the Website.
Orders are typically dispatched within 1 working day of the order being placed. It is possible to cancel up until the product has been dispatched. To cancel please phone us on 00353 (0)1 298 3377, quoting the relevant reference number.
Refund Policy
Items purchased on our website can be returned provided that you have first notified us by email or telephone 00353 (0)1 298 3377 within 7 days of the purchase and the goods are then returned in a re-sellable condition, which is at our discretion, with any swing tickets still attached.
Please note that we cannot refund any cost for postage that you may have paid, unless we have sent you an item incorrectly or the item is deemed to be faulty.
For your own protection when returning any items, we suggest that you use recorded delivery, as we will not issue refunds for any items that fail to reach us. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Delivery Details
We offer a next working day delivery service on all orders received before 4.00pm. We use An Post Couriers and have a maximum delivery charge of €4.99 Nationwide.
- Maximum delivery charge is for all items up to 30kg is just €4.99 for all customers throughout Ireland.
- We offer FREE registered delivery for our customers in Ireland on all orders that total to €75 and over.
If you are ordering for a private address that's a little 'out of the way' please bear in mind that the courier may not be familiar with the area, so please give directions if you think it's necessary. Please also let us have your mobile number so that the courier can contact you if you're 'out and about'.
Click & Collect
At Noel Reid Fashion for Men you can also collect your products from our store. You can complete your order online and once you select the 'Click & Collect' option we will have your products ready and waiting when you call in.
Our Store is located in the Old Dundrum Shopping Centre, near The Luas Bridge (view our location map).
Returns Policy
We intend to supply only the highest quality products and believe you will be delighted with your product from Noel Reid Fashion for Men. However, if you are unhappy with the product in any way it can be returned to us following the steps outlined below. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible.
When you purchase online, you have a statutory right to return a product (other than perishable produce or a special order) up to 7 days after your order has been delivered. We can change or cancel your order up until it has been dispatched.
If you return the product in its original unused condition (with the product & packaging unmarked and unworn) and fit for resale within seven working days of the order being received, we will refund you the cost of the product or replace it (if available) as soon as possible following our agreement to do so (excluding cost of postage and transport). You will be responsible for paying for the return carriage of the goods to us.
If you are exchanging a product for another size or style we will send these subsequent items to you free of charge. All items you wish to return have to be received by us within 14 days of delivery (i.e. the day after the vouched date of dispatch to you). Please include all relevant packing slips and documentation when returning the product.
